Health Topic – Belly Fat

Hi, this is my first conversation on a health topic…what is it about? It’s about getting fit and eating the right things. Getting down that belly fat and keeping it down. The most difficult thing for us women to do and maintain. I stumbled upon this guy and he is really good. I Learnt a lot and I although I already knew a bit about what he mentioned I also learned a few new things. His name is Wesley Virgin. He calls himself the Fat Decimator and I guess that’s a great way to put it although I think the process itself was developed by a guy called Kyle not sure who is the main person.

The Fat Decimator System is a brand-new weight loss process that cleanses the body and sheds unwanted fat quickly and safely. The book is broken down into three different sections:

Diet: This portion of The Fat Decimator System outlines the importance of detoxifying the body before weight loss efforts, why toxins can hold your metabolism back, and the overall benefits of a cleansed system for both the body and mind. What’s more, it outlines in detail which energy-rich foods previously considered ‘bad for you’ can help your burn fat faster than ever before.

Exercise: The exercise section is designed to complement the diet portion of The Fat Decimator System. It consists of a variety of supercharged exercises that will help melt body fat even faster. Coupled with the metabolism-boosting diet, these quick and effective routines have the potential to almost double the weight loss results.

Willpower, Motivation, and Mindset: This third section delves into some of the most common myths about willpower and how truly understanding the underlying realities of motivation can revolutionize your weight loss – and your life. It’s a vital part of this program and, for many, has helped them lose weight fast and keep it off for good.


I’ve tried everything and it’s difficult to get the fat down especially at my age (50). Aside from the tea that I mentioned in one of my other blogs this is also very helpful. Now if this works for you then that’s great because please note that different things work for different people. I’m a eat healthy, drink healthy and exercise type person if i want to get the weight down. It takes discipline and determination. All the information is about getting down that belly fat which we women have a real problem with. How I lose my belly fat is as I mentioned with the right nutrition and the process was written by a Dr. Stork and it was even mentioned by Dr. Oz as the Belly Fat Book, and I love Dr. oz…in fact whatever he recommends I look into it and might try one or two.
